Product Structure
Door plate
Generally use 0.6 - 0.8mm thick high-quality galvanized plate or stainless steel plate, through the mold stamping, bending and welding, welding part of the grinding, polishing and smooth transition, no burrs and false welding welding joints, and then powder electrostatic spraying, acid and alkali resistance, moisture-proof, rust-proof, long service life and other advantages.
Door frame
Adopting 1.5mm thick high quality galvanized plate or stainless steel plate, also welded by mold stamping and bending, powder electrostatic spraying after welding treatment, with acid and alkali resistance, moisture-proof, rust-proof and long service life.
Door windows
There are a variety of size specifications, such as 200600, 200800, 400600, 750250, 600400, 400300, etc.. Observation window frame corners inverted R25 rounded corners overall molding, prohibited the use of right angles into a 45-degree splicing frame, to avoid too many seams and easy to breed bacteria and affect the aesthetics.
Door core material and filler
