Cleanroom sealed doors are core facilities for maintaining a clean environment. They are designed for high-cleanliness level scenes such as medicine, electronics, and biological laboratories. They comply with international standards such as GMP and ISO 14644 to ensure environmental isolation and pollution prevention and control.
Material and structure
Main material: 304/316 stainless steel or antistatic coated steel plate, thickness 1.2-2.0mm, mirror polished or brushed surface, seamless, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and resistant to high-frequency disinfection such as alcohol and hydrogen peroxide.
Sealing system: Double-layer medical silicone or EPDM sealing strips are configured between the door frame and the door leaf, and an automatic lifting and clamping device (inflatable/mechanical) is integrated at the bottom. The dynamic air tightness reaches ISO Class 5-8 standards, and the pressure difference control accuracy is ±1Pa, effectively blocking the penetration of particles and microorganisms above 0.3μm.
Core functions
Intelligent control: supports radar sensing, foot switch, card swiping or APP remote control to achieve contactless opening and closing; standard electronic interlocking system, double doors cannot be opened at the same time, maintaining the positive/negative pressure of the clean room stable.
Safety protection: built-in anti-pinch sensor, emergency manual unlocking device and fault alarm function; explosion-proof door body complies with ATEX standards, and fireproof door has a fire resistance limit of 60-120 minutes (EN 13501-2 certification).
Customized design
Flexible size: door opening width 800-3000mm, height 2000-4000mm, thickness 40-100mm, can be customized with single-opening, double-opening, translation or mother-and-child door structure, suitable for special needs such as logistics channels and equipment handling.
Color and function: supports RAL standard color card or corporate VI color matching, and antibacterial coating is optional on the surface; can integrate HEPA/ULPA filter unit, air curtain isolation system or transparent window (double-layer tempered glass, light transmittance ≥90%).

Modular architecture: The door body, sealing components and control system adopt a quick-disassembly design, which supports partial replacement and reduces operation and maintenance costs; the life of the sealing strip is ≥100,000 times, and the drive motor has an IP65 protection level.
