CT Room Lead Plate
Lead sheets for CT rooms are made of high-purity lead material, delivering excellent X-ray shielding performance with accurate lead equivalence, effectively preventing radiation leakage. The sheets feature dense and uniform texture, corrosion resistance and aging resistance. They are easy to cut and install, suitable for various machine room constructions, conform to medical protection standards, and build a solid safety barrier for medical staff and patients.
We are a source factory specializing in the production of lead sheets. We have been deeply involved in the field of radiation protection for many years. We have standardized production lines and a complete quality inspection system. We are mainly engaged in a full range of protective products such as CT room lead sheets, X-ray room lead sheets, 2 mm thick lead sheets, lead sheet rolls, etc. We provide global direct supply, support various specifications customization, and provide one-stop protection solutions for medical radiation scenes.
Product material
This product is made of No. 1 high-purity electrolytic lead with a lead content of ≥99.994%. It is rolled through a multi-pass precision cold rolling process. The plate density reaches 11.34g/cm³. The interior is dense and uniform, with no bubbles, no cracks, and no slag inclusions. It ensures stable radiation shielding performance from the source and complies with the GBZ130-2020 national standard for medical radiation protection and the GB/T 1470-2005 lead plate production standard.
Core specifications
2 mm thick lead sheet is always available, which meets the basic protection needs of most CT rooms and X-ray rooms; lead sheet rolls are also provided in stock to facilitate large-area laying construction; the thickness can cover 0.5mm-50mm, and the width and length can be customized as needed to fully meet the protection construction requirements of walls, floors, ceilings, and protective doors in different computer rooms.
Product core advantages
1. Excellent shielding performance: The X-ray absorption blocking rate exceeds 99.9%, the lead equivalent accurately meets the standard, eliminates radiation leakage, effectively protects the safety of doctors and patients, and easily passes environmental protection and disease control acceptance.
2. Convenient and efficient construction: The lead plate is flexible, and the 2 mm thick lead sheet and lead sheet roll are easy to cut, bend, and fit together. It is suitable for special-shaped structures and large-area construction. The installation period is short and the joints are tight.
3. Durable, long-lasting and worry-free: resistant to moisture, corrosion, aging, not easily oxidized and deformed, the protective performance will not decay after more than 20 years of normal use, and no frequent maintenance is required in the future.
4. Safety and environmental protection compliance: non-toxic and odorless, suitable for the clean environment of hospitals, the materials are recyclable, taking into account the protective effect and environmental protection requirements.
Factory strength and customized services
As a professional lead plate production factory, we have independent research and development, large-scale production capabilities, sufficient spot reserves, global direct supply, logistics network covering domestic and overseas, and timely delivery. Supports full-dimensional customization: the thickness, length and width dimensions, and lead equivalent can be customized as needed, and processing services such as slitting, rolling, and lamination are provided. Specifications can also be tailored according to the engineering drawings of CT rooms and X-ray rooms to meet individual needs such as new machine rooms and renovation of old machine rooms
Application scope
It is widely used for lead plate protection in hospital CT rooms and lead plate construction in X-ray rooms. It is also suitable for various radiation protection scenarios such as DR rooms, dental radiology departments, orthopedic radiography rooms, and industrial flaw detection rooms. It is the preferred material for medical and industrial radiation protection.
