Cleanroom doors are special doors designed for high-cleanliness environments. They are widely used in electronic chips, biomedicine, precision instruments, food processing, medical laboratories and other places with strict requirements on air cleanliness, temperature, humidity and airtightness. Its core function is to block cross-contamination between internal and external environments, maintain the airtightness, pressure difference resistance and cleanliness level of the cleanroom, and is a key component of the clean engineering system.
Product structure and material
The cleanroom door adopts high-strength aluminum alloy or stainless steel frame, and the surface is electrolytically polished or sprayed, with excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and easy cleaning properties. The filling materials of the door leaf are mostly fireproof rock wool or polyurethane, taking into account thermal insulation, sound insulation and fireproof performance (common fireproof grade A). The edge of the door body is equipped with a double-layer silicone sealing strip, combined with an embedded door closer to ensure that the door leaf is airtight and dust-proof when closed, and the leakage is ≤0.05m³/(h·m²) (under a pressure difference of 30Pa). Some high-end models are equipped with automatic lifting bottom seals to further improve dynamic sealing performance.

Visible window: built-in double-layer tempered glass window, some products are covered with anti-static film, which is convenient for observing indoor and outdoor conditions and avoiding dust accumulation.
Pressure difference adaptation: the door structure is strengthened and can withstand a pressure difference of more than ±50Pa, ensuring no deformation or air leakage under extreme working conditions.
Quick disassembly: modular design facilitates later maintenance, and door panels, sealing strips and other components can be replaced separately to reduce the cost of use.
