High-purity Lead Shielding Layer
The door body is filled with ≥3mm thick high-purity lead plate (lead equivalent can be customized to 10mmPb+), and the shielding efficiency of ionizing radiation such as X-rays and gamma rays is ＞99.9%, which meets the GB/T radiation protection standard. The door gap adopts a stepped maze structure combined with a special sealing strip to completely block radiation leakage.
Heavy-duty industrial-grade structure
The frame is laser welded by 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, with a built-in reinforcement structure and a load-bearing strength of over 1.5 tons. The surface is electrostatically sprayed (optional 304 stainless steel material), corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant, suitable for harsh environments such as hospital radiotherapy departments, nuclear power plants, and industrial flaw detection rooms.
